Individual therapy sessions are £60 for 60 minutes.

I offer a free 10-minute introductory telephone consultation, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and see whether working together feels right for you.

Booking, payment and cancellation arrangements will be discussed during your initial consultation and confirmed before your appointment.
